  • Lead and mentor a small, skilled team of field engineers
  • Commission and troubleshoot enterprise electronic security systems, including Access Control and CCTV
  • Own the technical delivery of projects across data centres, commercial buildings, and logistics facilities
  • Act as a key point of contact for UK and European client sites
  • Maintain a hybrid work pattern: 25% office-based, 50% UK site-based, 25% European travel
We’re Looking For a Lead Technical Engineer With:
  • Solid experience commissioning enterprise-level security systems – this is essential
  • Familiarity with platforms like Lenel, Genetec, Honeywell, or AMAG (training offered where needed)
  • A background in field installation or commissioning roles within electronic security
  • Strong technical skills with the potential (or desire) to lead a team
  • Location: within ~1 hour of Hemel Hempstead
