For this Test Development Engineer job you will be responsible for the development of high quality, high demand products sold into a regulated environment and supporting the product design throughout its life, making continuous improvements to improve product value.

Main responsibilities for this Test Development Engineer job include working with colleagues in R&D and Manufacturing to sustain existing manufacturing activities and introduce new manufacturing capabilities for existing product and for New Product Introductions.

The Test Development Engineer, will be involved in the following

- Fault Finding & Diagnostics, demonstrating extensive fault-finding experience at the component level in the development and testing of electronic products.

- Support existing manufacturing by responding to electronics related problems, and continuous improvement of existing electronics test environment

- Work with external suppliers

The skills/experience needed for this Test Development Engineer job are:

- Proven Fault-Finding experience diagnosing and troubleshooting down to component level.

- Experience with mixed signal board designs that integrate Power supplies, both low and high voltage.

- Competent user of schematic capture & simulation tools.

- Familiar with electronics manufacturing methods.

- Electronic Engineering Degree / HNC (or equivalent), with provable design experience.

This Test Development Engineer must be eligible to pass SC clearance and therefore VISA sponsorship can't be considered.
