The primary responsibility for this role will be to head up the Repair & Maintenance division, leading from the front and securing lucrative contracts.

Key Responsibilities for an Estimator

  • Command onsite sub-contractors and ensure peak performance.
  • Drive business growth by winning new contracts and exceeding client expectations.
  • Order specialist materials with precision and efficiency.
  • Conduct rigorous job site inspections to maintain tight timelines and exceptional quality.
  • Develop and implement robust method statements in collaboration with supervisors.

  • Resolve client issues decisively and effectively.

Key Skills for an Estimator

  • Proven experience as an Estimating within the Construction/Carpentry or Mechanical & Engineering sectors.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A competitive drive to deliver compelling tenders and method statements within tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities to manage materials, resolve onsite issues, and build lasting client relationships.
