We are recruiting for a interim Events Coordinator for s super successful and prestigious Hemel Hempstead based organised.

This is a full-time office-based role - so the successful candidate will need to live in commutable distance from Hemel Hempstead

This for an immediate start until the end of December 2024.

Key Responsibilities od an Events Coordinator:

  • Liaise internally and externally to deliver exceptional events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue set up.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Handle event related administrative tasks.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything operates seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
