My client is a well established and highly regarded events management specialist primarily working in the pharmaceutical sector. Due to growth they are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic candidate to join their Event Project Management team - duties will include:

  • Building event registration platforms, writing event documents and securing client approval
  • Communication with event delegates regarding travel, accommodation etc
  • Tracking delegate attendance status and providing updates to clients on a weekly basis
  • Creation of travel itineraries and providing support regarding visa's etc
  • Liaising with external suppliers such as hotels, travel agents to assist delegates with travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Assisting with research for accommodation and event venues
  • Preparing event documentation such as signage, lanyards, badges, conference packs etc
  • On-site delegate management (international travel will be part of the role)
  • Supporting social media content preparation

This is a key role within the Projects team with significant logistical responsibility and as such applicants must possess a high degree of attention to detail along with outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written. You will possess a professional yet personable approach and have the ability to quickly spot and rectify errors / imperfections. You must be articulate and well presented and be prepared to travel to events both national and international.
