We're excited to be partnering this successful, market leading organisation in their search for an Events & Marketing Coordinator to join their creative team.

This role will be ensuring that all administrative and organisational support is provided pro-actively and efficiently. We are needing experience in event planning here, although can be open on the types of events and industry background. Although we鈥檙e absolutely needing strong general administrative and organisational skills as much of the work will be deadline critical, especially where the organisation of events and related meetings are concerned.

Key duties include:

路 Collaborate with event organisers, partners, and customers to ensure successful execution of trade shows and conferences.

路 Act as primary point of contact for all partners and suppliers, communicating regularly to plan and execute all marketing activities.

路 Working with both internal and external design teams to create content including flyers, advertisement and event stands.

路 Analysing campaign performance, producing reports and recommendations on any improvements necessary and overall performance.

路 Monitoring the events and marketing inbox, responding to queries and inquiries from a mix of customers, suppliers, colleagues and partners.

路 Managing administrative tasks relating to events and projects, including the scheduling and planning of trade shows and conferences, managing marketing databases and maintaining records.
