What We Do:
Lockmetal are statement cladding design, supply and installation specialists, our work involves some of the more complicated and bespoke cladding requirements; things like recessed balconies, penthouse/plantrooms, window detailing, feature beams, canopies, under-crofts and rainwater features, those areas of the building that make a statement!

Close support for a Project team in delivery of a portfolio of projects, primary responsible for managing of project budgets, costing of new projects along with communication, administration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • To build and maintain cost budget tool data entry at mobilisation stage, and commercially strong variations during the build stage.
  • To Create and track a detailed budget on each project.
  • To prepare Interim Contract Applications including variations for signoff by Commercial Manager.
  • To support the chasing of Payment notices.
  • To take responsibility for procurement processes, including following up to ensure product is deliver on time and on budget.
  • To prepare ongoing simple cost v budget analysis for weekly review and WIP analysis.
  • To approve all invoices against Purchase Orders, and report discrepancies.
  • To produce critical metrics and reports as directed by the Commercial Manager.
  • To assist in other administrative functions as required, to streamline supplies, improve customer service and maintain transparency and simplicity in our Project Management systems.
  • To take the lead on various supply chain negotiations, supplier visits and regular supplier reviews.
  • To Assist with the planning and executing each project.
