Finance Analyst

Are you a qualified Finance Analyst looking for a new part time position? Due to a company re-structure a new position has been created. As a Senior Finance Analyst you will be reporting into the Chairman supporting the organisations growth plans. You will be CIMA or ACCA qualified with experience of working at a small to medium business.Â
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Planning: Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the organisation's goals.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks to safeguard the organisation.
- Cash Flow Management: Overseeing and optimising cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Investment and Capital Management: Managing investments and capital to drive growth and efficiency.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conducting detailed financial analysis and producing comprehensive reports for decision-making.
Skills & experience:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in an accounting role, with experience in small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Experience in trading environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with reporting tools
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey financial insights clearly.
- Demonstrated work ethics and reliability.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively as part of a very small team.
