Description
The Senior FP&A Analyst will be:

Partner with Commercial Directors to optimise critical financial metrics, including revenue growth, margins and working capital performance.
- Lead financial planning by orchestrating budgets, maintaining forecasts and analysing variances to drive business performance.
- Transform complex financial data into structured reporting that delivers clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, incorporating sensitivity analyses and risk assessments for business opportunities.
- Advise business leaders through in-depth financial analysis of commercial activities and market opportunities.
- Manage project financials by establishing monitoring frameworks and conducting post-implementation reviews.
- Drive process improvements by implementing automated solutions and standardised analytical frameworks.
- Support executive decisions through comprehensive financial analyses combining quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Execute investment appraisals using NPV, IRR and payback calculations to optimise resource utilisation.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to evaluate product launches and pricing strategies, ensuring thorough financial assessment.
Profile
The Senior FP&A Analyst will be:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen
- Proven track record in a commercial finance role within retail or FMCG
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships at senior level
- Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis capabilities
- Deep understanding of retail metrics and KPIs
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
