Job Description:
Our esteemed client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Lines Account Handler to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. If you have 6-12 months of experience in home or motor insurance and are eager to make a significant impact, this opportunity is for you! The salary is £32k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients.
- Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Provide expert advice on home and motor insurance products.
- Liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate terms.
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Resolve client queries and complaints promptly.
