A well-known business based in Hemel Hempstead are looking to recruit a Qualified Finance Business Partner to look a number of their sites. Being a regional role means that some travel to your dedicated sites will be required.
Your time will be hybrid with around a 50/50 split of office and home working. However, in the beginning more time spent building the key stakeholder relationships in person will be expected.
It is essential that you can commute to Hemel Hempstead and are happy for some regional travel.
The position requires an experienced Business Partner. Therefore, we are looking for people who are working in a Finance Business Partnering position. You will be fully qualified with a few years PQE within a FBP position.
The successful candidate will partner with around 40-50 heads of departments and operations directors across multiple sites where your analytical expertise and strategic insight will support them in exceeding their financial goals.
Key role responsibilities include:
- Business Partnering with multiple managers and director to support financial decision making
- Analysing financial performance for multiple sites
- Delivering key insights to support strategic initiatives
- Present findings and actionable recommendations
- Make challenging decisions to foster a risk-intelligent culture
- Develop KPI metrics
- Present key business strategies
For this role you will bring the following experience:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- Extensive experience working with diverse stakeholders
- Strong technical accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in data analysis tool
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong influencing skills to drive initiatives
- Experience developing strategic financial plans
- Multi-revenues business experience or hospitality background
