Job Title: 7.5-Tonne Multi-Drop Driver

Location: Hemel Hempstead HP2

Salary: £15 ph.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5-tonne Multi-Drop Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations, with a maximum of 7 drops per day. Some long-distance driving may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle for multi-drop deliveries.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations.
• Check in with the Warehouse Supervisor on the first and last drop of the day.
• Use ratchet straps to secure loads on the flatbed truck.
• Get on and off the back of a flatbed truck as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE boots (provided).
• Use provided gloves and tools for handling materials.
• Attend an induction on how to handle the materials safely.

Requirements:

• Valid 7.5-tonne driving license.
• Proven experience in multi-drop deliveries.
• Ability to perform long-distance driving.
• No manual lifting involved but must be able to get on the back of a flatbed truck.
• Knowledge of using ratchet straps.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
