Are you passionate about leading a congregation and guiding individuals in their spiritual journey? Join our dynamic African community church in Hertfordshire and make a significant impact. We urgently need dedicated Church Pastors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead engaging weekly church services and report to zonal superintendent Issac Ayani
  • Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to church members.
  • Plan and execute periodic and statutory church events.
  • Conduct needs and community assessments for church NGO interventions.
  • Establish and nurture vibrant church activities, impactful children's church programs, conducting naming ceremonies and hospital visits.
  • Manage the church's social media platforms to connect with the community.
  • Collaborate with the church leadership team to achieve church growth and development goals.

Qualifications:

  • HND or First degree in any discipline.
  • Degree/diploma from a reputable Bible school.
  • Fluent in English and major Nigerian languages.

Preferred Experience:

  • Church growth activities.
  • Corporate management.
  • Early years education.
  • Publishing.
  • Event planning.
  • Humanitarian/NGO management.
