The ideal candidate must:
- Have the right to work within the UK
- DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
- Skilled in supporting and nurturing young learners, creating a warm and inclusive environment
- Ability to tailor teaching approaches for individual needs, including those with SEN
- Proficient in designing lessons that encourage learning, exploration, and growth
- Maintain a structured, positive classroom environment that supports focus and respect
- Dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships with students to enhance their learning journey
