We are seeking a Head of Finance to join this people orientated organisation based out of Hemel Hempstead. This is working in the charity sector and therefore any knowledge or background would be an advantage. You will report to the CFO and the senior management and will develop and implement financial strategies.
You will be suitably qualified either by qualification (CIMA, ACCA ACA) or by experience. Be able to run the payroll and have knowedge of PAYE, NI and pensions. Preferably know Quickbooks. Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal. Be a strong team player and possess excellent IT skills. Have an ability to look to improve current systems and suggest innovative ways for the organisation to adopt. You may have to move between offices so a driving license and transport is desired. You will of course possess excellent time management skills and the ability to work to multiple deadlines. Experience of tendering, contracting, income generation and grant funding would be a great advantage
In return they offer a salary base of 40000 - 50000pa, and the knowledge that you are working for such a worthy organisation.
