HVAC Supervisor (office and hands on)
57k per annum & vehicle/ fuel card, package & bonus
London (office in Hemel area, contracts across Hertfordshire, Bucks & North London)
A leading HVAC Company established for over 50yrs has been carrying out installation and maintenance work for the Industrial, Commercial and Domestic sectors, currently has a key requirement for an experienced, HVAC Supervisor located in Hemel and overseeing a team of 8 engineers covering Hertfordshire, Bucks and some London contracts.
As an Air Conditioning Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Over seeing a team of 8 engineer's
Client meetings and Engineer reviews.
Some hands on assisting with repair/ maintaining air conditioning systems within Commercial environments
Mentoring improvers and apprentices
Air Conditioning Working Supervisor will receive up to 55k basic (depending on experience) + Over time, bonus,25 days holiday + Bank holidays
Requirements for the HVAC Supervisor:
HVAC Supervisor will need to hold NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning and FGAS Cat 1 as a minimum
Have a Full UK driving license
Commercial Engineering experience previous to supervisory/ management experience
Have experience overseeing an Air Conditioning team
HVAC Supervisor will be a commutable distance to Hemel Hempstead
