Our client, a beauty company based in HemelHempstead are looking a Sales Administrator to support their growing sales team and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support in sales order processing
  • Update consumer sales reporting on a weekly basis
  • Complete and submit basic customer new product line forms to customers
  • Access customer portals and provide information, documents, assets as requested by customers
  • Update internal sheets with product information
  • Provide support on completing internal documents for agreed retailer promotions and then checking retailer invoices to actual promotions to ensure the invoices are correct
  • Liaise with customers as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working in a similar sales supporting role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong multitasking skills and the capacity to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and good experience with Excel)

Hours

Full time/Monday to Friday (9am-5.30pm)

Hybrid Working - Office based 3 days a week
