We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Developer to help shape the future of our organisation’s Salesforce platform. Here you will collaborate closely with our team and clients to build customised solutions that transform the way we do business.

As a key player, you’ll not only develop pioneering applications but also enhance user experiences, streamline processes, and optimise our systems to meet the ever-evolving needs of the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design and develop customised solutions using within Salesforce.
  • Build and customise intuitive user interfaces, including Visualforce pages and Lightning pages, to enhance user experience.
  • Play an integral part in DevOps processes: supporting release cycles, deploying updates, and implementing new features.
  • Perform meticulous unit and system testing, tackle issues, and make sure our solutions are robust and reliable.
  • Follow Salesforce standard methodologies, keeping code well-documented and ensuring all custom developments are covered by test classes.
  • Handle development tasks independently while having the ability to lead and support team members when needed.

What you will bring:

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and UI development with Aura/LWC.
  • Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I/II.
  • A track record of testing, debugging, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce standard processes, DevOps (CI/CD), and version control systems.

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs (e.g., DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Experian, ACBS, Alloy).

Location: Hemel Hempstead. Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite each week. Flexible dependant on project needs.
