We're now recruiting exclusively for a well-established business in the Maylands area in Hemel that are recruiting for a newly created Scheduling Administrator position to join the current team of 3 due to growth.

The company and team are growing due to an influx of new contracts over the past year and this wouldn't only be an exciting role to get stuck into and team to join, but there's a good career path to follow here and the opportunity to develop with them in the future too.

Ideally, we are looking for someone that has some kind of experience in scheduling and organisation, this could be anything from drivers to engineers, but having a knowledge of that is something we're looking for in this person!

We are looking for confident people that work well in a team and are confident in dealing with customers.

Due to the nature of this role, it is a fully office-based position as there is so much cross over with the 3 people you'd be working with.

It is a permanent and full-time role, Monday to Friday, hours of 8am to 5pm and the offices are based in the Maylands area with free parking on-site.

The starting salary for this role is going to be somewhere between £25.5k to £28k depending on experience, they do conduct annual salary reviews and there is access to an employee discount portal too.

Duties to include:

  • Completing compliance checks on all job activities.
  • Raising non-conformances.
  • Supporting and assisting the team and management.
  • Planning and coordinating work.
  • Assisting and coordinating engineers.
  • Answer incoming calls and dealing with queries.
  • Responding to emails from clients.
  • Prioritise workloads effectively to meet operational needs and customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer any client questions or relay these questions back to the office.
  • Consistently follow up on open queries and jobs to aid closure and completion.

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience in some kind of Scheduling position is highly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work fully office based in Hemel Hempstead and on a full-time basis.
