We are looking for an experienced Scheduling Manager to join our client's team, overseeing their planning department in property maintenance and building services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing teams, coordinating reactive repairs, and ensuring smooth operational performance. The role starts on-site to build strong team relationships, with hybrid working available after the first month.
Scheduling Manager
Location: HP2 6BJ
Salary: £27-£30 per hour (via umbrella) | £40,000 per annum (if permanent)
Key Responsibilities of a Scheduling Manager:
  • Lead and support a team of 3 planners and 1 administrator.
  • Manage and coordinate the diaries of 30 operatives, ensuring efficiency.
  • Oversee the scheduling of reactive repairs, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Produce performance data (KPIs) to monitor and improve outcomes.
  • Escalate issues related to compliance and health and safety.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of trust, inclusion, and diversity.

We Are Keen to Speak to Scheduling Managers With:
  • Proven experience managing teams in a scheduling or planning role.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance operations, particularly reactive repairs.
  • Strong skills in performance monitoring and operational systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster rapport with teams and stakeholders.
