About the Role: My client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Administrator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for creating creative PowerPoint presentations. You will be responsible for driving the team's efficiency through expert handling of crucial administrative and project support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Solution Enablement team.* Produce and format high-quality and accurate project documentation via PowerPoint.* Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all delivery training materials.* Prepare and print training materials for delivery.* Organise and arrange travel, flights, and accommodation.* Compile and organise client feedback data into coherent reports and prepare summary presentations.* Communicate face-to-face and virtually with colleagues.* Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties.

Required Skills:* Proven experience in an administrative or project support role.* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint and Excel.* Ability to transform ideas into visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint slides.* Strong attention to detail and proof-reading abilities.* Ability to prioritise and balance workloads, ensuring timescales are met.* Excellent organisational and time management skills, adaptable to changing priorities.* Effective written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* Ability to work effectively with various levels of staff and management.
