We are proud to have partnered with a company in HemelHempstead who are on the hunt for a Telecoms Provisioning Coordinator.
HYBRID WORKING FOLLOWING PROBATIONARY.
You will be joining a department of 4, and an overall number of around 30 employees.
To be considered for the role you will need a minimum of 3 year's experience working within the Telecoms industry, ideally with a provisioning background.
A salary of 25-32k is on offer based on experience, as well as an overtime bonus.
The position involves working 1 in 5 weekends on call from home (both the Sat and Sun). This entails dealing with any urgent requests as and when they come through. Outside of this, you are able to enjoy your day at home as you normally would. A £120 overtime bonus is paid for this.
An annual bonus is also paid following 12 months of employment.Excellent benefits include free parking, private phone consultations with doctors and counsellors and host of other perks!
Responsibilities of the Provisioning Coordinator:
- Order Management: manage and process customer orders for new telecoms services, upgrades, or modifications across a range of products including connectivity, Horizon and IPECs phone systems, and mobile SIMs.
- Liaise with the sales and technical support teams to coordinate and manage the timely and accurate provisioning of services.
- Co-ordinate with the billing team to ensure a smooth transfer of information enabling accurate billing first time.
- Work with the cancellations team to manage service ceases.
- Customer Support: maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their orders and any potential delays. Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer enquiries, concerns and requests related to their services via email and phone.
- Identify and resolve any provisioning issues or discrepancies that may arise. Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve service activation or configuration problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all provisioning activities, including order details, status updates, and customer communication
