We are recruiting for people to join our teams in the role of CFO Support Worker. In this role you will manage a caseload of participants in custodial and prepare them for the community settings, whilst providing high quality support and guidance. You will facilitate training, including induction, assessment and the of delivery, education and training that will help participants to a successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones, develop skills, and find sustainable employment.


We are looking for people who have:

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach

Level 3 Award in Education and Training or PTLLS

Strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and motivational skills, to support participants from diverse backgrounds.

A demonstrated commitment to the rehabilitation of prisoners and the ability to work independently.

An awareness, understanding, and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults.

The ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service Check at an enhanced level and successfully pass prison vetting.

Location: Hemel Hamstead

Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 per annum
