JoinThe LodgeCare Home in Hemel Hempstead as a Care Assistant, where you'll have the opportunity to work both day and night shifts, promoting and delivering personalized care and engagement. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a residents dignity, independence, and personal safety.
Key Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:
- Provide care as detailed in residents' individualized care plans, using a person-centered approach.
- Support residents with personal care, promoting independence while ensuring privacy and respect.
- Assist residents with meals in a dignified and respectful manner, maintaining a pleasant and calm atmosphere.
- Identify and meet the social, emotional, and cultural needs of residents, participating in person-centered engagement.
- Support residents in utilizing the environment, including outdoor living spaces.
- Ensure the home is safe and secure throughout the night.
- Complete and sign all night documentation.
