Recruitment Consultant Healthcare

We are looking for an energetic Recruitment Consultant to manage our Healthcare Desk (temps). This is a warm desk with existing clients, however, there will be an expectation to bring on your own clients through Business Development.

We are looking for hungry candidates, who have strong relationship building skills and thrive in fast-paced environments with a steep learning curve. Recruitment experience is desirable, especially if you have experience working on a temporary division. Previous account management, customer service and sales skills would certainly give candidates an advantage.

Your key role will be to ensure we grow our healthcare desk (temps) through business development and registering new temporary workers within the Healthcare Sector.
