Role Details:
- Full-time position teaching Computer Science to Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable).
- Long-term role with opportunities for career progression.
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Computer Science lessons, covering key topics such as programming, algorithms, cybersecurity, and computational thinking.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to explore technology with confidence.
- Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to ensure student progress and academic success.
- Encourage students to develop problem-solving skills and digital literacy, preparing them for careers in the tech industry.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Computer Science and IT across various key stages.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and the ability to engage and challenge students.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality Computer Science education and inspiring a love for technology.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Is flexible, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
