Showcase Behavioural Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in learning intervention by turning challenges into growth opportunities through effective strategies and reinforcing positive behaviours.

Foster Relationships: Cultivate positive and trust-filled connections with students, serving as both mentor and friend. Create a secure and nurturing atmosphere that fosters their growth and well-being.

Collaborate Effectively: Prioritize communication! Work seamlessly with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to establish a comprehensive support system for each student.

Implement Plans with Leadership: Take the lead in executing individualized education and EHC plans, playing a crucial role in the success and progress of our students.

Drive Tailored Support: Adapt your approach to offer personalized guidance, addressing the distinctive needs of students grappling with various learning challenges.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

-          Preferred Experience: While previous experience with students in a classroom setting is preferred, it is NOT essential, as long as you have a strong passion to work with students on an individual basis. We strongly encourage applications from a HEALTHCARE / COACHING background.
