Join our international client based in Hemel Hempstead who is recruiting for a Training Administrator to work in the busy Training team.  This is a long-term temporary assignment until February 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP or an ERP system, strong administration skills and good customer service.  Specific training of tasks will be provided. 

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Deal with Telephone enquiries
  • Provide quotes and booking confirmations for Training.
  • Mentoring and training of new recruits
  • Use of SAP or other ERP systems
  • Order & invoicing processing
  • Customer aftercare
  • Customer issue escalation and resolution
  • Maintain & improve customer satisfaction for ordering, pricing, product delivery and products
  • Assist with logistic operations
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Undertake any other duties and projects.

Skills / Experience Required 

  • IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
  • Secondary Education level or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Experience with products from the medical and safety or technology sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliability and commitment to delivering results.

  • 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • Office based with a view to offer hybrid working once trained
