Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent Regional HR Advisor.

  • Regional HR Advisor
  • Remote with regular travel across the central and Northern Region
  • Up to £40k plus Company Car
  • Full time and permanent

The Regional HR Advisor will provider support across the business with a particular emphasis on Employee Relations across a large Midlands and Northern based client group. You will be expected to travel to sites as needed, this could be once a week or up to four times a week dependant on case load.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support managers with ER casework and assist with meetings when required
  • Give regular advice on a range of HR related queries, you must be comfortable coaching managers and providing resolutions on matters such as Flexible working requests, Maternity and Paternity pay, disciplinary and Grievances and any other part of the employee life cycle.
  • Work with the Senior HR Business Partner to develop, map and improve processes top create efficient and user friendly systems and procedures.
  • Provide support across the People team including support with Recruitment.
  • Compile and distribute reports as required.

Regional HR Advisor - About you

  • Proven background managing managing a large caseload of Employee Relations.
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge is essential.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Ideally you will have full UK driving License or due to site locations the ability to travel with ease.
  • A background in coaching managers on people related matters is highly desirable.
