Are you a proactive and experienced recruitment professional looking for a fixed-term contract? We are seeking someone with a background of Talent Acquisition / HR Business Partner / Internal Recruiter to join our team for six months. This role offers a hybrid working structure, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Developing talent pipelines and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best talent acquisition.
  • Supporting HR functions, including compliance, employee relations, and onboarding processes.

What We're Looking For:

? Proven 1 year + experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering.
? Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
? Knowledge of recruitment strategies, compliance, and HR best practices.
