What does the role involve?

  • Speaking to customers and understanding their requirements

  • Regularly meeting with customers (face to face or via Teams/Zoom etc)

  • Taking the customer through their journey and ensuring a professional service
  • Developing existing customer accounts
  • Identifying target customers
  • Actively introducing company services and securing new business
  • Sharing information amongst the team to ensure company goals are met
