Are you a Salesforce authority with a passion for creating innovative solutions that solve sophisticated business problems? We’re looking for an accomplished Technical Lead to drive high-impact projects, architect technical solutions, and guide a dedicated development team.

You’ll shape technical strategy, collaborate closely with partners, and make sure our Salesforce ecosystem delivers lasting value!

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects from end to end, from technical design to successful deployment.
  • Architect and design scalable solutions to tackle complex business challenges, always prioritising standard processes and performance.
  • Mentor junior developers, supporting their growth and promoting high-quality coding standards.
  • Supervise platform governance, conduct code reviews, and identify continuous improvement opportunities to keep our development process innovative.
  • Integrate Salesforce with various systems and third-party applications using APIs, ensuring smooth and effective data flows.
  • Collaborate with business partners, translating requirements into technical roadmaps that align with our strategic vision.

What you will bring:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • A consistent record in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers to achieve best-in-class results.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, coding standards, and industry methodologies.
  • Expertise in integration patterns, using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to allow flawless communication between platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control practices.

It would be great if you had:

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II or Technical Architect
