We're recruiting exclusively for a trendy and fun company in the Maylands area in Hemel that need a new Project Coordinator (Telecoms) to join the team.
We are looking for an experienced Telecom Coordinator to help manage and coordinate the provisioning of telecommunications services for customers!
In this role you will find yourself working closely with internal departments to ensure the set-up of services are running smoothly, any provisioning issues are resolved, and customer communication is maintained throughout the process.
A background in telecom provisioning or experience within a similar related role is a must for this one!
This role is fully-office based to start however there is opportunity for hybrid working after training. This is a Monday to Friday role, hours are 8:30am to 5pm. The salary for this position is paying between £30,000 to £32,000 depending on candidate's experience. Duties to include:
- Manage and process customer orders for new telecoms services, upgrades, or modifications across a range of products.
- Liaise with the internal teams to coordinate and manage the timely and accurate provisioning of services.
- Co-ordinate with the billing team to ensure a smooth transfer of information.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their orders and any potential delays.
- Identify and resolve any provisioning issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve service activation or configuration problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all provisioning activities, including order details, status updates, and customer communication.
Candidate requirements:
- English and Maths GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- At least 3 years' experience in telecom provisioning or a closely related role, with sound knowledge of telecommunications services, technologies, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
