  • Hours: 9am-5.30pm, Monday - Friday (Occasional out-of-hours and weekend work)

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the full-time IT onsite representative at the companies HQ and production facility.
  • Enhance the IT department’s ability to meet Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).
  • Inspect, diagnose, and modify physical infrastructure on-premises in collaboration with network operations personnel.
  • Provide first-line support, manage user inquiries, log tickets, document resolutions, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Manage IT administration tasks in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other software environments, including user management and security tasks.
  • Oversee IT asset management, including the distribution and recovery of devices.
  • Configure hardware for new starters and manage hardware resets/recycling.
  • Create articles for our internal IT knowledge base and configure Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies.
  • Monitor logs to identify performance, security, and misuse issues.
Requirements
  • High level of general IT literacy and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in networking and laptop hardware issues including computer administration of Windows and MacOS.
  • Commitment to completing tasks in challenging circumstances.
