Stock and Inventory Controller

My client, a global leader in digital transformation solutions for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Hospitality, and Retail sectors, is seeking an experienced Stock and Inventory Controller to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company that's shaping the future of customer experiences across major global brands.

In this role, you will be integral to managing stock inventory and control, ensuring seamless operations across multiple sites and coordinating logistics from international manufacturing centres. You'll work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels, identify areas for improvement, and support the supply chain's overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimise excess stock and prevent stockouts.
  • Coordinate stock replenishments and ensure timely deliveries across various sites.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide key support for logistics, including managing imports, exports, and assisting with deployment challenges.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in stock and inventory control.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and discrepancies.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, including Sage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
