Contract: 2 Days – Saturday and Sunday only

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Stock Taker to join our team for 2 days this weekend! The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately counting, recording, and maintaining inventory levels within the warehouse!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Report stock shortages, overages, or damaged items to management.
  • Assist in implementing stock control processes and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to locate and verify inventory items as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in stock-taking, inventory management, or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Good physical stamina, as the role may involve standing, lifting, and moving items.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to work
  • Heavy lifting required
