A well-established criminal practice at the heart of Hertfordshire is looking for a new criminal solicitor to join the firm, working in a fast-paced environment which has quality of care to its clients at its core.Â
You will be working on a range of criminal matters, including Dog Law, which the firm is particularly well known for.
Responsibilities
- Attend court sessions and police stations as required
- Work from home effectively when scheduled, ensuring productivity is maintained
- Represent and advocate for clients on a range of legal aid and private criminal matters
Salary and Benefits

- 25 days holiday plus an additional day off for birthdays

- Overtime compensation at specified rates for police station visits and court duties
- Potential hybrid working arrangement allowing one or two days of remote work
Ideal Candidate
- Strong work ethic with an interest in providing the best service to clients
- Previous experience in criminal law is a must
