- Oversee and maintain regulatory approvals, including AS9100, ISO9001, and NADCAP.
- Manage and update Quality Manuals, Procedures, and Compliance Matrices.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits.
- Develop and maintain an effective Internal Audit Program.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using tools like FMEA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Act as the primary contact for customer quality-related issues.
- Manage customer returns, conducting thorough investigations using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa (Fishbone) Analysis.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by overseeing PPAP, PFMEA, and DVI processes.
- Monitor and improve supplier quality performance, maintaining the Approved
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within an AS9100-certified environment.
- Knowledge of NADCAP (PRI) requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience in internal auditing for AS9100 & ISO9001.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA).
- Familiarity with AS9102 First Article Inspection processes.
- Knowledge of Process Mapping, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa analysis.
