We are working with a prestigious Hemel Hempstead client and we are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator/Administrator.

This is a temporary position based on a long-term basis.

This is an office-based position the working hours would be: Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 2.00pm - 6 hours a day - these working hours are flexible - in total a 30-hour week.

This is a hands-on role - managing a shared inbox of internal requests, organising the logistics of equipment and supplies for marketing events and training courses, taking stock items and logging onto a inhouse data base and Microsoft Excel.

Physically moving stock items and issuing delivery to the internal customer.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Processing items for dispatch, which includes correctly logging codes and addresses on to a database.

Accepting incoming deliveries

Accepting requests for the internal customer for materials.

Working with couriers and delivery companies

To undertake monthly reviews of stock and deliveries

Take requests across the EU and arranging shipments.

Plus other ad hoc duties when required.

Person Specification:

Excellent communication skills and be well organised.

Ability to lift items and be hands on.

Good around IT proficiency including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Work well in a team.
