The role involves a 4on4off rota with 12-hour shifts, either from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, and offers an immediate start.
Candidates should ideally have experience in a busy transport environment or a strong administrative background, with a focus on excellent communication and organizational skills.
The position requires basic computer literacy and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.As a transport administrator you will be:• Briefing and debriefing drivers• Being the first point of contact for all drivers, ensuring all queries are fed back to. • Be accountable for Legal o-license compliance.• Operational excellence i.e. cost, service including Peak planning & delivery.• Provide the highest level of customer care, finding resolutions and the escalation of live issues. • The monitoring of all routes ensuring routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate. • Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries holidays etc.What we're looking for:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ideally experience in a busy transport environment or a strong administrative background. • Strong organisational and time management skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)Please email your CV to
