Regional Operations Manager
Location: Hemel Hempstead, England (On-site, covering the Southeast Region)
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Bonus + Company Vehicle

Your Role:

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the region’s operational team. This includes:

  • Managing and leading the Regional Operations & Engineers
  • Overseeing work planning, scheduling, and supervising schedulers
  • Ensuring operational targets, efficiency, and profitability are met
  • Monitoring overtime, bonuses, and staff attendance
  • Recruiting, training, and upskilling engineers for continued development
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintaining serviceability of company vehicles in the region
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales & Account Management Team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in water hygiene/treatment & knowledge of ACOP L8
  • Strong leadership, communication & people management skills
  • A proven ability to grow and develop a team
  • A track record of improving operational efficiency & profitability
