Your Role:
- Gather planning data from engineering, quality, and commercial teams.
- Build and manage production schedules based on realistic delivery commitments.
- Monitor machine and labour capacity to balance workload and avoid bottlenecks.
- Communicate daily with team leaders, supervisors, engineering, and purchasing teams.
- Maintain MRP data accuracy, update production plans, and document key planning decisions.
- Follow flowcharts and SOPs to guide your decisions, escalating technical issues when needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in production planning, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident with MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Logical, structured approach to tasks and time management.
- Familiarity with machining processes is beneficial, but not essential.
