We are seeking a Site Manager for Low Rise Housing projects with a Facades Contractor focusing on EWI and Retrofit installations.
The position is based in Hemel Hempstead and offers an immediate start for the right candidate.
Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in EWI and Retrofitting projects and a minimum of 3 years supervising Cladding/Façade teams.
A CSCS Gold or Black Card, along with SMSTS and First Aid certifications, is required for this role.

We require a Site Managerto work on Low Rise Housing projects for a Facades Contractor doing the installation of EWI and Retrofit. The EWI projects will be based in Hemel Hempstead and will be an immediate start for the right candidate.

As a Site/Facades Manager you must:

Have atleast 5 years experience in EWI and Retrofitting projects
Have atleast 3 years experience supervising and managing Cladding/Facadesteams
Have a CSCS Gold or Black Card
Have a SMSTS and First Aid
