About the RoleAs a Customer Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and engagement through actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and presenting data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns and customer strategies.
- Enhancing reporting capabilities using tools like Power BI, MS Fabric, and CRM platforms.
- Analysing website performance and supporting e-commerce initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed a data-driven approach across the business.
- Managing customer data platforms (CDPs) and ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Creating customer profiles and segments to personalise campaigns and improve targeting.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for data and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like SQL, Python, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a creative flair and commercial mindset.
Desirable experience:
- Proficiency in Bloomreach Engagement (Exponea) or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience applying machine learning models to solve business challenges.
- A background in multi-site leisure, retail, or e-commerce industries with exposure to marketing data
