Employer description: The Social Drinking Company create delicious drinks using surplus fruit and directly donate profits from every bottle sold to community food charities.

Overview: The Social Drinks Company is seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to support various aspects of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, non-alcoholic beverages, and innovative brands to gain hands-on experience. 

The apprentice will work closely with different teams to support marketing for social media.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week  Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2 5HD Salary: £18,000 per annum. 

Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Content Creation: 

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging content (graphics, reels, and posts) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor trends and recommend creative ways to improve the brand's digital presence.
  • Respond to social media interactions and manage comments.
  • Help coordinate events and visit the location for content creation.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media.

What the client are looking for: Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with content creation, influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights, etc.

Experience with basic video editing, photography, or graphic design would be a plus.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
