Position: Marketing Assistant

Role Overview: The Marketing Assistant will be instrumental in driving marketing initiatives, managing customer engagement, and supporting sales processes.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Location: Hemel Hempstead office

Compensation Package:

  • Starting Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE)
  • Holidays: 23 days, increasing to 25 days after 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns and create marketing materials.
  • Update and manage the company website with external providers.
  • Maintain and develop the company's cloud ERP and CRM systems.
  • Create and schedule content, and track engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including customer orders, inventory management, and report generation.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research on trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in organising and promoting events.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based IT systems and CRM software.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and motivated to achieve results.
