My client are looking for a Marketplace Executive to join their dynamic team, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all marketplace activities to ensure ongoing revenue growth and increased profitability.Â
The rapidly growing e-commerce site is pivotal to the future success of the business and requires attractive, accurate content to generate sales on the online platform. You’ll be supporting the content and day-to-day online activity around some of the key online categories. Visually literate with a keen understanding of fashion and style websites, your accuracy skills are also second to none. Not only highly organised, but you are also quick to adapt, both of which are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for presenting product collections in the most compelling way to maximise sales on the e-commerce site. You should be proactive in staying informed about promotional activities to effectively communicate with our retail partners. A strong desire to enhance and elevate the brand's presence visually by working collaboratively with external partners and within a team is essential.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to manage photoshoots, including the organisation of item collection, delivery, and returns.
- Work closely with Buying and Merchandising Teams to prioritise shoots and ensure timely photography updates.
- Manage product categorisation and visual merchandising on e-commerce site to maintain a seamless user experience that aligns with our brand standards.
- Ensure all product details, including copy, images, and specifications, are accurately and promptly updated to meet launch dates.
- Conduct regular website reviews to identify and rectify issues, ensuring optimal presentation and performance.
- Analyse top-selling items and competitor activities to inform promotional strategies and content updates.
- Support retail marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and coordinating with retail partners to ensure consistent brand representation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce content management or a similar role, preferably within the high end fashion retail/luxury goods sector.
- Highly organised with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong visual literacy with an excellent understanding of fashion and style website dynamics.
- Proficient in using content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Resilient and creative, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering compelling online content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
