Salary: 32,000 per annum

About the Role:
As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in managing gaming projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth communication between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and the company. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the production of gaming projects from concept to launch
- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure project success
- Maintain clear communication between different departments and external teams
- Ensure the quality and consistency of gaming products in line with company standards
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Japanese (essential)
- A genuine passion for the gaming industry
- 1-2 years of experience in production or project management (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, creative environment
