  • Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, with alternate Saturdays from 09:00 to 16:00.

My client, an established independent based in the heart of Hemel Hempstead, is looking for a Sales Valuer to join their team. They are a market-leading firm driven to grow their business.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
  • Alternate Saturdays | 09:00 – 16:00

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered: 

  • Upto £28,000 Basic - depending on experience
  • £50,000+ OTE 
  • Tiered commission structure
  • Car allowance

Sales Valuer requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A strong desire to be successful
  • Must process a UK full driver's license and access to own car
  • Experience conducting valuations at either a Senior Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer or Branch Manager level

The key main duties of the Sales Valuer will include: 

  • Provide accurate market valuations for clients
  • Booking market appraisal
  • Driving market share
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
  • Build relationships with clients
