My client, an established independent firm in Hemel Hempstead, is seeking a Sales Valuer to join their team.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £28,000, depending on experience, with an OTE of £50,000+.
Candidates must have experience in valuations at a Senior Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer, or Branch Manager level.
The role requires strong communication skills, a UK full driver's license, and access to a car.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, with alternate Saturdays from 09:00 to 16:00.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
Alternate Saturdays | 09:00 – 16:00

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

Upto £28,000 Basic - depending on experience
£50,000+ OTE
Tiered commission structure
Car allowance

Sales Valuer requirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A strong desire to be successful
Must process a UK full driver's license and access to own car
Experience conducting valuations at either a Senior Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer or Branch Manager level

Provide accurate market valuations for clients
Booking market appraisal
Driving market share
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
Build relationships with clients
